The Director General of Posts and Telegraphs. India, advises that the ordinary parcel post service to and from the Post Offices in the occupied territories of Mespotami (Iraq) were resumed on 1- January, 1919.
Ordinary pals will therefore, now be accepted for trans- mission to that territories by the Q. P. O. Hongkong.
