ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY.
LAST NIGHT'S AL FRESCO FETE.
The precincts of the Cathedral of the Immaculata Conception presented a very animated scene from yesterday afternoon to midnight, when the members and friends of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, which does much charitable work among the poor of the Colony, collaborat- ed towards making the annual al fresco fete as thorough a financial success as possible. It is gratifying to be able to record that, as in previous years, their efforts met with a very generous, re-
sponse.
