New- foundland and Australia; also General Smuts, Mr. Walter Long, Mr. Montagu and other Ministers, pot participating in the Inter-Allied Conference, attended this meeting, which lasted.. half an hour. After this the Inter-Allied Coolerence deliberated lengthily and then the War Council was called in to attend the joint sitting.
