COPENHAGEN, November 9th. An authoritative statement from Berlin regarding the situation in the Northern Provinces says that the disorders have extended further.

In Bremen, speeches were delivered in the market place by an Independent Socialist, who was recently released from prison, and some soldiers, demanding a

Socialistic Republic, a Workmens" and Soldiers' Council, the liberation of milk- tary prisoners, and the opening of the civil prisons.

It is reported from Hamburg that the Workmena" and Soldiers' Council's Cen tral Bureau has announced that all official and military buildings have been occupied and that provisions and magazines are guarded. Plunderers will be punished with immediate death.
