PEKING, October 5th. Japan has agreed to the remission of" the Boxer indemnity..

The conditions are unknown, but it is believed that Japan will follow America's example by stipulating that the money shall be utilised to found an educational institution similar to the Tsinghua College. This belief in supported by the recent visit of Japanese educationalists to Tainghua College.
