Webster, of Inland lot No.66, and that, under the peculiar circumstances of the lot in question, instructions have been given that the demand of Rent sent from the Colonial Treasury of March last should not be enforced. With respect to the Six Bazaar lots near Morgan's Bazaar, transferred to Mr. Webster by Captain Mee in October 1842, I have received instructions from His Excellency to inform you that they have been already made over to the Ordnance Department for Military purposes.
