There was a large congrogation at Andrew's Church, Kowloon, yesterday morning, when His Excellency the Got ernor anvoiled a memorial tablet in re membrance of the late Rev. N C. Pope, M.A., who was chaplain of the Church Amongst those pre- for over six years. sont were Lady May, the Hon. Mr. Claud Severn, C.M.G., Sir C. Paul Chater C.M.G, and the Hon. Br. J. H. Kemp, C.B.E., and Mrs. Kemp..

The usual morning service was conduct ed, interspersed with special prayers and responses. Special palins, also, wore ohanted, and special hymns sung. Arch deacon Barnett officiated, assisted by the Rev, W. T. Featherstone.
