On the Club Ground, on Saturday, the Navy repeated their Kowloon perfor mance and trounced the Club in no un- cormin fashion. The Club butted first and began very well, the Bret wicket putting on 64 rung Gray hit out well and had 9 fours in his score of 41. The remainder of the side were got rid of very cheaply, only Aubrey making any thing like a stand against the bowling of Black and Gibson, and with 151 on the heard and nine wickets down the home Ride declared.
The Navy batting was first class. Each. of the three men who went to the wicket got a half-century, enabling their side to win by eight wickets. Wright made top score with 58...
Donnelly sent down some very good bowling, only 0 runs being scored off his first 6 over, but after playing themselves in, the batsmen treated the bowling just as they liked. Scores:-

R.G.A. «. CRAIGENGOWER C.O.:
This match, played on Craigengower Club's ground, at Happy Valley on Saturday, ended in a draw in favour of the visitors. The R.G.A. lost their first wicket charply. The second wicket part nership between Br. Athorne and Br Drummond, however, proved very fruit ful. The two batsmen were in particular ty good form, completely mastering the Craigongower bowling Br Drummond was eventually given out Lb.w. to a ball from Graham when he had 28 runs ta his credit and appeared well set. Soon afterwards Athorne was dismissed in the Baino way by the same bowler, when he had scored 36. Although two wickets had yielded 78. the innings closed for only 115 Graham bowled well for Craigen gower and would have had a better aver age if catches had been held. Grimmett, 41se, was in good form with the ball. On going to the wicket with little more than on hour at their disposal, the home team started, badly, losing three wickets for runs. Then Graham made a stand, bal. ting well and carefully for his 20. When he left the score had risen 10 72 for 6 wickets. The remaining batsmen added cafy one more run and the soldiers wero robbed of victory only by time. Baker took 4 wickets for 24 runs, Scores:
THE LEAGUE TABLE.
As a result of Saturday's matches Kowloon's position at the head of the table is made more secure, though none of the three leaders were on view. Some works ago, the Navy rather luckily de- feated Kowloon on their own ground, and on Saturday they took another 3 points at the expense of Hongkong on their own ground. There was no suggestion of luck on Saturday. The better side won won decisively. The other two matches each ended in a drawin the case of the R.G.A very much in their favour, a time undoubtedly saved Craigengower; while in the C.R.C, BE. match the tome ride were unfortunate not to get all 3 points."
McGregor, of the R.Es. had top score of the afternoon with 67, closely followed by Ng Sa Kwong with
mot-out score of 61, Three of the Navy players compiled a ball-century of the expense of the Club bowling. Renkes, of the R.Es Baker, of the R.G.A.; Black a new discovery of the Navy's; and Graham, of Craigengewer, all did well
with the ball.

berg would be beaten. The Club attacked again, bat Bayor, who did yeoman service for bis side, effected a clearance, and gave Walden possession. The hall was then taken again into Club territory. Some good work by Walden enabled Saver to maneuvre a position and score a beauti ful goal, which appeared to keep low and swerve into the corner of the net. Irving gained applause for a good stot which just went over but thore was no further scoring before half-time. Just before the whistle sounded for the inter val, the Middlesex lost their outside right, who stumbled over the ball and appearod to fall on his head. He was carried off, and the soldiers were a man short for the remainder of the game.
