PETROGRAD, October 20th. The details of the Gulf of Riga battle, communicated by the Naval Staff, state that an enemy squadron of twenty ships, including two battleships of the Koniy class, penetrate the gulf on Tuesday night, and was discovered by the Werder observation post at 9 o'clock the following: morning proceeding through the channels, south of Mom Sound.
