I James Collins, Keeper of Her Majesty's gaol of Hongkong do certify and return to Our Sovereign Lady the Queen, that, before the coming of the said writ, (that is to say on the 28th day of October 1846, Wong Afoon and Chum Afson (whom I believe to be the persons named in the said writ as Cheung Apson and Wong Afsong) were committed to custody by virtue of a certain warrant of commitment, the tenor of which is as follows.
