The Money Order Office will be entirely closed.
Particulare of outgoing and incoming Maile, other than those al own below, will not be advertised in future.
The Post Office will forward all correspondence posted by the fastest routes.
Correspondence addressed to enemy subjects in China, Siam, Liberia, Portuguese East Africa, Persia and Morocco cannot be transmitted.
The Services to Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire are suspended.
