that we do not see any objection to the arrangement which is recommended by the Governor, provided that the proposed Rent of the part retained bears a fair proportion to the original Rent of the whole Lots,
having regard to the value of the different portions of the property independently of what they may have derived from any Buildings or improvements made since they were first let.
