Two Chinese employés in the Military Hospital wore charged before Mr. Moi- bourne, one with stealing and the other. with receiving a telescope from the hospital.
It was stated that the telescope be- longed to a corporal of the ILA.M.C., stationed at the hospital. It was sold by, the first defendant to the other defendant for 20 cents.
