Our last report was dated 9th Febru ary, and during the interval our local, market has remained in the same dull and inactive state, which has prevailed, now, for several weeks. In the absence officiand, price, have, naturally, shown a tendency to sag, and, with a few excep tions, close lower than last week, Shang hai remains in a very dull condition, with scarcely any busincas passing Singapore marker for Bubber shares show little life, notwithstanding the favorable price of the raw material.
