SANITARY BOARD EMPLOYE FINED.

A Sanitary Board coolie was charged with the theft of a pocket knife in a house which he was engaged, with others, in disinfecting after small-pox. Inspector Taylor, of the Sanitary Board, said the men were under his charge at this work, and he noticed the defendant pick up the knife from a table and put it into
