Sir,

With reference to your Letter dated the 14th Instant, I have it in command to acquaint you, for the information of Earl Grey, that My Lords concur in Opinion with his Lordship, that the Repayment of a sum of Fifty two Dollars, fifty cents, to Mr. N. D. P. Parker, the Crown Solicitor at Hong Kong, on Account of certain Fees paid by him on instituting certain Suits instituted by the Crown, should be sanctioned.
