to request that You will state to Earl Grey that My Lord have received Reports from the Officer in Charge of the Commissioning at Hong Kong of two several remittances from the Chests under his Charge to the Colonial Treasurer, of Ten Thousand Pounds each, on the 19th and 21st of June last;
and that You will request Earl Grey to be informed whether these Requisitions for money to meet Expences of the Civil Government of Hong Kong, the Superintendency of British Trade and the Consular Establishments in China"; and that
