I have it in command and transmit herewith Five Copies of Supplements Nos 1 and 2 to the Compiled List of Books for which Copyright has been claimed and to signify the receipt of the Brand book reference to your Letter of the 4th August 1886, that the Lords Commissioners will cause the registry to be taken for the purpose of having the same transmitted to the Governor of Hong Kong in order that this Government may give effect to the same within their jurisdiction.
