league. The game of the day will be that between the R.G.A. and K.S.L.1 in the United Service League, on the Club Ground. These teams have not yet met this season and this first meeting should provide an interesting game. The Shropshires are very strong in attack, while the outstanding feature of the R.G.A. team is their sterling defence.. The Gunners are not quite at full strength, Talfourd being doubtful on account of an injury he received the last time he played and Edgeler also being on the sick list, through a damaged wrist, which occurred in the same match. It was noticed that this player foll rather heavily on one occasion, and that he appeared to be in pain, although he pluckily continued playing. On the con- clusion of the match it was found that he bad broken some bones in his wrist and consequently the R.G.A will be de- prived of his services for some time. The Club are resting and the R.E and Navy meet on the Navy Ground: The latter are still struggling along man fully for their first vin. The difficulties they are working under are shown by the fact that they conlri only manage to turn out nine players in their match with A Co. in the second division laat, Wednesday,

"

The second division table has under Co gone another chauge. the "A

regaining their old position at the cr penze of their rivals, the "D" Co., with the Staff and Departments and 88th Co. following up closely. The 8th Co. and the Navy reserves have still to register a win, and as the former team has already played seves matches and has only three more to play to complete its programme, it will have to soon get going, or go the whole season without winning a match.
