With reference to your Letter No. 147 dated the 30th ulto I have it in command to acquaint You, for the information of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury that the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury will signify to the Commr of Audit their authority for the audit of the Accounts of the Colonial Treasurer at Hong Kong of such Expenditure, to an amount, not exceeding One Hundred and fifty Pounds.
in conformity with the Resolution of the Colonial Council of that Settlement forwarded by You, for the purpose of planting Trees between the Town & Victoria and the Barracks.
