with reference to the correspondence with the Authorities of this Colony which I had the honour of laying before H. E. in My last Despatch, I have now to report the following particulars that have since come to my knowledge respecting a Lorch a called the "Victoria "which entered this River about the middle of the present month.
She is said to belong to a Parsee named Hirjee Mee deen Warding at Victoria, Hong Kong. She is Portuguese built, & her Masting crew the Natives Portuguese. She however hoisted English Colours & sailed for an English Port.
