In an interview with BRUTER'S Correspondent, Field Marshal Count TERAUCHI, the new Premier, has declared that there is no intention of adopting aggressive measures in China and that the obligations of the British and Kussion Alliances will be loyally fulfilled. When it was reported that Count OKUMA had decided to tender his resignation off the plea of advancing age, and that bis Cabinet would follow him into retirement.
