Admiralty that Lord

has instructed the
Governor to cause a fresh indictment to be

preferred in the event of
the Chinese seamen who absconded being forthcoming
on another occasion, &
the Officers of the Childers
being alive
within reach and
the effect of which, if a true Bill should be found, will prevent the Offenders from venturing
within the
range of
the Jurisdiction of the Court.
