I have the honor to inform

that I have examined the Lot of Land No 120 applied for-

by Mr. W. Scott under date's instant and which he offers

to be Crown at the rate of £5 per acre.

I have therefore to report

that the Lot is a very impracticable piece of building ground,

and rocky old water

having

therein, the bed

of which is 8 feet lower than the level of the street adjoining the back portion of the Lot.
