Having been evinced that much prudent appointment of Assistant late Master is settled to be one of those included in the list of Functionaries to be reduced in this Colony, I would myself pre-suppose the costly Excellencies in a Short Statement of information ... evidence, in fact, accompanied by insinuate delicacy showing shade of petitions, and fierce Counter appointment being dovetailed should my pursuit.
