In accordance with the commands of His Excellency The Governor, I have the honor to make the following Cumarks
on the letter of Mr. Hophnon to the Right Honorable. The Earl Grey regarding a plot of ground applied for by him at West Point. The Land in question is situated in Navy Bay, 20 yards West of the Naval stores, which limits of the Town in that direction, the Bead also terminates 200 yards. West.
