We have been told by visitors to Ger many that hatred of Britain is not com- mon in Germany, but if that be true it is A copy not the fault of the official class. of a German weekly journal called the Lille War Gazette, dated March 3rd, 1915, was found on a German soldier captured during the recent fighting at Neuve Chapelle, which seems to show that hatred for Britain is being sedulously cultivated officially by every possible TOERNB. The policy of hatred is not the least of Germany's crime against human- ity. One of the articles in this news- paper has been translated and distributed to the British soldiers, and a copy has been sent home by an office now in Flanders. The article is such a curious production that we publish the full text!
