Holders of much Passports in this Consular District are required to apply to the Under signed for Fresk Passports on the Official form of application which can be obtained at the Consulate General,
The new form of Passport requires the insertion of description of the holder. His photograph and sigastare must also be affred therato, and a duplicato copy of the photograph should be provided for retention at the Consal- ate General,
Only the Wife and Children ander the age of 10 may be included on the Holdor's Passport and in such cases the partionlara, photograph (in duplicate) sad specimen signature of wife, and Dimes, ages and sex of Children, are required to be inserted. All other persons must obtain separate Passports.
