There received and laid before the Legislative Council of Hong Kong on the 30th of August and the 7th of September last, entitled respectively No. 21 of 1848, "An Ordinance to regulate the Storage, Manufacture, and Sale of a Certain description of Gunpowder or powder within the Colony of Hong Kong" and No 3 of 1849 an Ordinance to amend the Ordinance.
