(1) To carry on the business of Life Amurance in all its branches, and in particular to grant or affect assurances of all kinds for payment of money by way of Biga olimmediate or deferred annuities Bugle payment or by several payments or otherwise upon the happening of all or any of the following events namely the death or marriage or birth or survivorship or failure of iɛnuo or the attainment of a given ge by any person or persons or the expiration of any fired or ascertainable period or the occurrence of any contingency or event which would or might be takon to affect the interest whether in persemion vented contingent expectant prospective-or otherwise of any person or persons in any property or the lose or recovery of contras inal or testamentary capacity in any person or persons and also (in connection-with- nespeeness on the life or lives of the mome person or persons but not otherwise) to grant assurances payable upon or after the happening of personal injuries caused by accident of any description or upon the happening of Rickucas or rodily of monts inco pocity.

(2) To grint sanoituus of all kinds, whether dependent on human fe or otherwise, and whether perpetus! or terminable and whether immediate or deferred, and whether contingent or otherwise.

(9) To contract with leaseholders borrowers lenders annuitants and others for the establishment 'accumulation provision and payment of sinking funds and any other special fands and that either in considera- tion of a heap sam or of an annual premiam or otherwise and generally on such terms and conditions as may be arranged. (4) To purchase and deal it and lend on life reversionary and other interests in property of all kinds whether abeilute or contingent or expectant and whether deterrainable or not and to acquire lend money or redeem cancel extinguish by purchase surrender or otherwise ny policy security grant ur contract inned made or taken over or entered into by the Company.

(b) To reassure or counter-assure all or any risks and to undertake all kinds of re-surance and counter-assurance con- nected with any of the business aforesaid, (0) To give to any glass or section of those who assure or have other dealings with the Company suy rights over or in relation to any fund or funds or a tight to participate in the profits of the Company or in the profits of any particular branch or part of its business or any other special privileges advantages or benefite.
