Cargo remaining undelivered on the 27th inst, at Noon, will be loaded at Consignees risk and expense and delivery must then be taken from the Company's Godown.

No Fire Insurance whatever will bo effected. No Claim will be recognised after the Goods have left the Steamer or Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered on the 1st Feb, at 5 PM will be subject to rent and landing charger,

All chafed and otherwise damaged Cargo to be left on board or Godown, and examination of same to be held on the 3rd Feb, at 10 AM,

All Claims must be filed on or before 15th Feb., otherwise they will not be recognised,
