Rumian Train Time is 23 minutes faster than the B.M.B. Time. The above fares do not include the Express Train Berth Fee. With regard to the above Time Table, the Four Express Trains per week connecting two each way with the Rurrian State Exprosses are temporarily suspended, owing to the
partial suspension of the Trans-Siberian Passenger Trafic on account of the European War.
The Two Weekly Express Trains connecting one each way with the Wagon Lite Expresses, all Ordinary Trains, and the Two Dairen-Shanghai Direct Mail Steers will remain in operation as above.
To the daily train leaving Dairen at 8 PM for Changebun and that leaving Chang- shan at 11.20 AM for Dairen a Compartment Car has been attached, on which Fizet-Chen Passengers can secure sleeping accommodation on payment of Yen 2.
