The Set is only 105 feet square; and under these circumstances I feel no hesitation in submitting Mr Johnston's claim to Your Lordship's notice, and in requesting permission to furnish that Gentleman with a Lease for this Set of Land, at the rate of ... for a term of 75 years, or such other term as it may be Your Lordship's intention to sanction for Leases of this nature in future.
