Upon Woodburn stands a very fine Bungalow; the house upon Mr. Marjoribanks Land is of no value; - on the east side of the lot is a piece of Paddy Land nearly destroyed by the deposit of material washed down from the hill, and for which Mr. Fletcher paid $800 to the Chinese occupant.
