I have the honor to acknowledge your Despatch No 59 of the 21st of August last accompanied by the applications enumerated in the margin, for the resumption of certain lots of land by the Government.
I enclose a Report which I required from the Comrs of Emigration on this subject, and I have to inform you that I feel no objection to your acceding to these applications, provided that in the case of Hellensbank
