formal meeting to carry out the provisions of the Companies Ordinance, which requires your discotors to hold statutory meeting not less than one month or more than three months. from the date at which the Company is entitled to commence business, which took place on 27th May. The report and accounts, which have been audited, have been made up to 15th July; and having been in your hands for a week I will, with your permission, take them as read. I also lay on the table the list of registered shareholders at date. If any of the shareholders require any further information I shall be glad to supply it before moving the adoption of the report and accounts.

There being no questions, the CHAIRMAN proposed the adoption of the report and accounts.
