110 Vacation than such as hart-Grey may it : just and reasonable that a Judge tropical climate should enjoy.- other deen in a period best adapted to a Vacation is of course some time during the most oppressive season of the year__ such in fact originally met the sanction of the Home authnities.
I beg further to observe that whither, the Vacation be long or short, there is nothing whatever to prevent the Court setting at any time during such Vacation should a case-
