for the information of His Excellency The Governor, having,
regret to say, been unavoidably
three months and a

beyond the term
of my
leave of
absence.
I beg to enclose five
Australian Newspapers, by which it
will be
seen
that I arrived in Sydney
in the "Statesman" on
the 8th
March; and that I again left
that place, on my
return, by
the
first opportunity
in the "Tania" on
the 3rd of April; having
