I have received your despatch of the 24 July 1950 enclosing applications from the Holders of four Lots of Land in Hong Kong for permission to Surrender.
And I have to convey to you the authority for complying with these Applications on condition that the holders of the property pay the arrears of rent due to the end of the last Midsummer quarter.
