The Directors now submit to you a statement of the affairs of the Company, and balance sheet for the year ending 31st December, 1913
$ 1,685.11 The balance of profit and losa account 1.021.95 for the year including $800.45 balance 8,089.20 brought forward from last account, after 8,105.04 writing off all chargce and expenses, 49,733.11 amounts to $18,172.69. The Directors
recommend that a dividend of $2.80 per 8,400.00 share be paid, which, after providing for
