Star Ferries remain in request at 840, with none on offer, and Douglases have been sold at 9, at which price there are now probably more shares wanted.
Os-Shells are advised from London as having in middle quotation of 981 and Mexican Eagle of 38/1. Ural Caspians are slightly harder at 45774 nitidle.
REFINERES-China Sugars are slightly easier and close with shares on offer at 8943 Luzons are neglected, with sellers
at $31.
MINING, Runs have been in demand during the week at $3.10 without lending to business, and, Heawoods retain a nominal quotation of 2/6. Kailans have been a quiet market, and are advised from London as having a middle quota- tion of 3776. Tronohs have again
declined and are now reported as 32/09
middle.
Docks, Wearves and GODOWNS-Hong kong and Whampoa Docks during the lattor, part of the week have been in demand and close with buyers at 87 with every appearance of hardening Kowloon Wharves have been sold at 888 and now close with buyers offering 356, but no shares are obtainable. Amoy Docks remain at last week's quotation, viz. $8 nominal. Shanghai Docks are slightly asier, and close with a nominal- quotation of Tls, 56, Shanghai and Hongkow Wharves aro unchanged at Tis. 108 nominal
LANDS, HOTELS AND BUILDINGS.-Hong- kong Lands have again led to business, and been sold at $114, closing with buyers at 814 Kowloon Lands are wanted at $451, but no shares are obtain able at the figure. West Points have been sold at 3871, and at which price more shares are wanted.
