With reference to Your lph. No 44 of the 15th July test, I have to acquaint you that directions have been given for the preparation of the Clothing required For the use of the Police Force at H. Kong, and that the necessary arrangements will be made by the Agent Gent and the Bd of Ordnance for forwarding the Articles in question to the Colony with as little delay as possible. James
