We have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of this date, and in reply to state that we assent to the terms proposed in the Humble Major Faine's letter of the 25th instant for the Conveyance of 20 Convicts to Hongkong; that is to say for the sum of $60, Sixty Spanish dollars per head, the ship finding Victuals (1) One pound of salt, Fish, or meat, (2) One half pound of bread, with salt, Wood & Water, for each person for each day.
