Extract from Earl Grey's Despatch
No 2.13 of the 2nd March 1848, to the address of His Excellency Governor Bonham.
I have to add, that Mr. Stulme having come home only in consequence of which, I have disallowed, with suspension be entitled to full Salary during his absence, provided it shall not exceed Six months from the date of his suspension.
