His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint you

the attorney of the Crown for recovering

Rents due on Crown Lands, and I am directed to

request that you will communicate

with the Treasurer and Surveyor General

for the purpose of obtaining

information connected with the collection of Crown Rents.

Your fees or Costs will of course be a

matter between you

and the parties who may require your

interference.
