W the 18th February, 1918, a Notice was published in the newspapers to the effect that I, the Undorsigned WALLACE J. HANGEN, having left the Firm of ARTHUR NILSSON & CO my Power of Attorney had been Cancelled.
I was at that time on my way to Europe on leave, and on my arrival at Copenhagen I received a letter from Messra. A. NILSSON & Co., informn- ing me that my services were no longer required. No reason has ever been given for this sbrupt dismissal, and on my return to the Colony yesterday I immediately commenced legal proceedings for damages for wrongful dismissal.
