robbery committed by João Caetano Marçal, warrants

• issued against them, when they absconded from this place, and it is generally reported that
they
are at present residing at Hongkong or Canton. I have therefore to request that Your Excellency for the
benefit of Her Majesty's service will be pleased to ask Her Britannic Majesty's authorities, the delivery of those fugitives. May the Almighty God preserve Your Excellency's
