With reference to the Estimate, I consider, it is framed too low in many of the items, particularly in the Plasterer's and Carpenter's work, and I conclude the Estimate and Specifications are more to be offered merely as general ones, previous specifications and working drawings being framed in more detail, for the contract to be entered into for the service.
