I have the honor to enclose, to be laid before His Excellency the Governor a Report Estimate for building a Colonial Church. It will be seen that the Estimate has been kept
a
considerably within the available funds, but supplementary Estimate will be required for erecting the fence and gates to the church yard, and there will also be a small additional
charge for upholstery, in fitting up the interior, but both these will come
amount at command.
The
very far, within the
appearance of the Church, would be improved and the proportions made more correct by the chancel being lengthened about eight feet, and if it is found when the building
