The original Estimate sanctioned for the Church at Hong Kong was £6,300 - Two thirds to be granted by Government, the remainder to be raised by subscription J. Davis Esqr. finding it impracticable to build it according to the Estimate, it to £6759. It now appears that this Estimate was too low & £1001 more is request to Complete the Buildg.
